Privacy Policy

General — who we are

This privacy policy applies to the FADE & BLADE marketing website. The site is operated by FADE & BLADE [full legal name — to update], at 10 Moshe Dayan St, Petah Tikva (Metro Park 456).

The site does not include a booking system, user accounts or a point-of-sale system, and we do not maintain a customer database on it. Use of masculine wording is for convenience only and refers to all genders.

What information we collect

The site does not collect personal details that you submit through forms. When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email, the information you choose to share (such as your name and phone number) is processed by the relevant communication provider and by us — solely in order to respond to you.

Information collected automatically while browsing: IP address, device and browser data, online identifiers and cookies — via the measurement and advertising tools listed in the Cookies section, where active. Under Amendment 13, online identifiers and IP addresses are also considered personal data.

Why we use the information

Responding to inquiries you send us through our contact channels (WhatsApp, phone, email); usage analytics and measurement; and marketing — only subject to your separate consent (see 'Marketing').

Information is used only for the purposes for which it was collected; using it for a new purpose requires additional consent.

Legal basis and consent

Providing information to the site is not mandatory. When you contact us through our channels, you choose what information to share in order to receive a response. The use of measurement and advertising cookies and of marketing messages is based on your consent.

Consent is informed, freely given, specific and active, and you may withdraw it at any time (see 'Your rights').

Sharing with third parties and processors

To operate the site we use a website hosting provider (Vercel) and measurement and advertising providers (Meta, Google, TikTok) — where these tools are active and subject to your consent. Appointment booking is handled by an external booking system, which is subject to the privacy policy of that system's operator.

Data is shared only as needed to run the service, under each provider's commitment to maintain an adequate level of protection, purpose limitation and a prohibition on onward transfer. We do not sell personal data, and we do not trade, rent or buy customer lists.

The site also embeds a map (Google Maps) and links to social networks, which are subject to those services' privacy policies.

Marketing (SMS and email)

Marketing messages (offers, benefits and updates), to the extent any are sent in the future, will be sent only after we receive your explicit prior consent, or under the law's 'existing customer' exception. Every marketing message will include the word 'advertising' (פרסומת), the business details, and a simple, free way to unsubscribe.

You will be able to remove yourself from the mailing list at any time — by replying to a message or by contacting us; removal requests are handled immediately.

Cookies and tracking technologies (pixels)

The site uses cookies and tracking technologies for operation, measurement and advertising. The measurement and advertising tools we use (or may use) include Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

These tools collect online identifiers, browsing data and on-site actions, and are used for performance measurement, usage analysis, advertising and retargeting on those networks. Where these tools are active, non-essential cookies are loaded only after you consent, and where a preferences control is provided on the site you can change or withdraw your consent at any time.

Transferring data outside Israel

Some measurement and advertising providers (Meta Platforms, Google, TikTok) and infrastructure providers process data outside Israel, mainly in the United States. Such transfer is based on the providers' undertaking to apply the level of protection required under Israeli law and/or on your consent, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 2001.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 2017. The site is served over encrypted traffic (HTTPS) and hosted with a secure infrastructure provider.

Data retention

The site does not maintain a customer database. Any information you share with us through our contact channels is kept only for as long as needed to respond and as required by law, and is then deleted. Aggregate/anonymized measurement data is retained in accordance with the analytics and advertising providers' policies.

Your rights

Right of access (section 13 of the Law): you may review the information held about you.

Right to correct and delete (section 14 of the Law): you may request correction or deletion of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date.

Removal from marketing (section 17F of the Law and the Communications Law): you may demand, in writing, removal from the direct-mailing and marketing lists.

Minors

The site and service are intended for adults. Minors must use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information about minors without parental consent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
